Tariff

All rates are fully inclusive of linen, towels and VAT (currently set at 17.50%) Electricity is payable at cost by meter reading. Guests are requested to supply their own cot linen. All prices are quoted in GBP. Each property is equipped with one cot and highchair and more upon request - subject to availability. 5% reduction for all accommodation booked on-line (NO Credit Card/Debit Card Surcharges) with further reductions and savers available throughout the year see Special Offers - after which normal reservation Conditions apply. Please note that NO reductions are given for short stays in the principal properties in high season.

Courtyard and Roshven are available for weekly, short lets and mid week breaks throughout the year - minimum 3 days.

Bothy and Fagus Lodge are now available for short and long weekend lets from October to end of March - minimum 5 days.

Weekly bookings resume for Bothy (Friday to Friday) and Fagus Lodge (Sunday to Sunday) from April through to September. Conditions as above, only weekly bookings can be made.

The hard tennis court and games room is available and has table tennis, pool and an exercise machine. These facilities are for the sole use of clients of Arisaig House Cottages. The hire of mountain bikes is £40.00 per week, daily hire by arrangement (although number limited - please request early). Also tennis rackets and balls, golf club and ball hire for use on the nine hole Traigh Golf Course. We have a small selection of family DVD's available at reception.
